CUFIoT4AHA is a project winner from the second open call that had over 30 applicants from 14 countries across the world, submitted for the European H2020 Project ACTIVAGE.
After the first equipment tests, our team has, finally, met the Patient 0, who is recovering at the comfort of his home.
Value for Health CoLAB is working with Promptly Health, Ubiwhere and CUF nurse team led by Gloria Ribeiro to provide a telemonitoring service that:
– increases patient safety, and
– facilitates nurses’ planning and treatment adjustment.
We are now preparing to scale it up to 50 patients! Stay tuned!
