The challenge we were solving

During the COVID-19 pandemic, protecting high-risk populations – especially older adults in care settings – became a critical priority. EasyHealth4COVID addressed this challenge by developing a digital health solution that enabled safer and more efficient interaction between senior citizens at high risk of infection and nursing home professionals.

This project focused on telecare, integrating social and clinical care teams to support both patients and nursing home professionals.

  4. Ensure coordination between clinical teams and social care providers to optimise patient support and reduce exposure risk.
