In collaboration with PLUX, Future Healthcare and Healthy Systems, we developed a digital health solution for interaction between high-risk of COVID-19 infection citizens and providers, in the scope of EasyHealth4Covid.
We engaged the patients and the nursing home professionals to use a telecare service, in articulation with the clinical teams and social care.
EasyHealth4Covid was funded by Portugal2020, awarded in the competitive call Projetos de I&DT empresas en copromoção: COVID-19 (I&D Empresas e Infraestruturas de Ensaio e Otimização).
